A 4th of July Message from the Citizens' Coalition for Change

Fellow Americans,

As we commemorate the birth of our nation this Fourth of July, we proudly enter the 250th year of the American experiment—an extraordinary journey of liberty, faith, and resilience. The United States of America remains the finest example of a lasting democratic republic the world has ever known.

Despite the noise of skeptical voices in the mainstream media, and the constant drumbeat of negativity that denies the true progress unfolding across our nation, we believe differently. We believe in what is rising—not what is falling. We believe that America is not in decline, but on the cusp of a Golden Era—a time of renewal, growth, and restored purpose.

At the Citizens’ Coalition for Change, we are making the American Dream count again, not just for ourselves but for every family, every small business, every child in our neighborhoods. This is not a time for victimhood—it is a time for vision, responsibility, and gratitude. We are privileged to live in the greatest country on earth, and with that privilege comes the duty to lead with intention, govern with integrity, and hope boldly.

We invite our fellow citizens to rise above the cynicism and fear, and instead embrace the tremendous opportunities ahead—for our city, our county, and our country.
